Welcome to Speedtest by Indowifi. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Speedtest service located at https://speedtest.indowifi.id. By accessing or using the service, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Speedtest, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

2. Service Description

Speedtest provides free, on-demand internet speed measurement tools, including download, upload, latency, and jitter testing. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to automated testing, denial-of-service attacks, or attempts to interfere with server operations.
You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Speedtest platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and network environment during testing.

4. Data Collection and Use

Speedtest collects technical data necessary to perform speed tests (e.g., IP address, connection type, test timestamps, and performance metrics). This data is used solely to deliver, improve, and secure the service. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Indowifi and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Speedtest. While we strive for accuracy, speed test results are estimates and may vary due to network conditions, device capabilities, or external factors.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting at https://speedtest.indowifi.id/terms-conditions. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Last updated: March 15, 2025.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
